Appointments

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, I will do everything I can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment.

  • Beautiful You Studio is located in Phenix Salon Suites. When walking into the building, take the hallway to the left at the waterfall and Suite 101 will be the immediate first door. Restrooms will be down the hallway further on the left.

Salon Rules & Regulations

  • Keep all valuable items with you or at home during your services. Beautiful You Holistic Studio can not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • Please advise Kristi of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.

  • No pets are allowed in the building.

  • Due to limited space & to keep moms in my chair as relaxed as possible, I ask that children older then 6 months be attended by an adult that is not being serviced.

Green Circle Salon

  • I choose to partner with this Salon recycling program to help to keep the planet beautiful! We recycle & repurpose up to 95% of the salon's waste including hair clippings, used foils, color tubes, excess hair color & more! ​

Pricing

  • I'm an all-inclusive session pricing. This means you will not find an a la carte style service menu for my custom color sessions. I focus on utilizing my time to create your desired result, which often requires multiple techniques and services. Rather than charge different prices for each service, I've implemented an all-inclusive session price that includes any necessary efforts to achieve your goal.

  • My bridal menu is separate with bridal packages & an a la carte style menu for the wedding party. 

Gratuities

  • Cut & Color sessions are priced to include gratuity. The very best way to show gratitude would be leaving a review, sending a referral & purchasing healthy products I recommend.

  • For Special occasion hair & makeup, 15% gratuity will be added into your customized invoice.

 

Methods of Payment

  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & AmEx as well as Venmo, Paypal, cash or debit cards.

  • Beautiful You Holistic Studio does not not accept any form of checks.

Cancellation Policy

  • In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I require 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Any appointment with Kristi Wood not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time will prompt the implementation of Kristi's cancellation policy protocol. A $25 per hour booked does apply with less than 24 hours' notice and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. This policy helps me accommodate all my guests so I can offer everyone the best experience.

Late Policy

  • Life happens and we run late sometimes. Please notify Kristi if you are ever running late and she will do her best to accommodate you. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment in order to provide the best service to you without feeling rushed. A rescheduling fee of $25 per hour booked will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

 

Redo Policy

  • I strive to offer guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. I understand if you would like something regarding my service that was spoken about in the consultation tweaked after leaving your scheduled appointment, Kristi will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 10 days of your initial appointment. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstance.

Retail Policy

  • A very lightly used product may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchasing. Please make sure to reach out to Kristi Wood with concerns as soon as possible after using the product.
